VeDO Inu Super Plus Rechargeable Vibe Packaging Okay, before you say anything… I know that y’all voted to see my review of the WaterSlyde today. I know I have been hyping the WaterSlyde review all week. I KNOW that is the review that I have promised to you. But… sometimes things just don’t go as planned. I did spend the last week testing the WaterSlyde and I did write up a pretty crackerjack review… but then when it came time to take pictures I realized that I have the world’s most un-photogenic bathtub. Like, seriously… I took some test photos and I was absolutely apalled by how ugly my tub really is. It has gross yellow stains from my water (my water is so bad that it smells like farts and rotten eggs when it comes form the tap… a problem that the landlord doesn’t seem to think is an issue worth addressing…) and the faucet itself is all discolored and sad. Even with Photoshop, I just wasn’t able to get a single photo that I wasn’t embarrassed about… so that is why I am not posting the promised WaterSlyde review. But don’t worry, I plan on hunting down a far more photogenic tub this week (my mom’s bathroom has a pretty nice one… or maybe I’ll just wander into Menards’ bathroom section…) and ‘ll post the review probably by mid-week (unless anything else goes wrong… which knowing me… it probably will… in which case, look for this review next week)!

BUT, in the meantime I have another review of another pretty fabulous toy for you to enjoy! The VeDO Inu Super Plus Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator (a name so long you just know the toy has to be good…)! The VeDO Inu comes to me by way f the folks at Peepshow Toys (P.S. use the code KITTEN while shopping and you’ll get a sweet 10% off your order)! It actually arrived at my door some months ago… I have been sitting on this toy for (an embarrassingly) long time (okay… not literally sitting on it… well… actually… there may have been some literal sitting on it this week…) but it quickly found its way to the bottom of my review stack out of my sheer lack of excitement for it. This isn’t the Inu’s fault… it’s the fault of its (evil) sibling, the VeDO Bam Mini. I had tried the Bam Mini out first (because it was the smallest, and therefore the cutest of the VeDO’s) and I was just so unimpressed by it that I ended up feeling very underwhelmed by the very thought of using any other toys in the VeDO line up. I avoided using the Inu purely because of its association with the Bam Mini. This, of course, is probably complete and utter nonsense on my part… but my emotions can be fickle things and I just roll with it. I am who I am, fight me (no, please don’t… I would lose… I’m small and fragile).

VeDO Inu Super Plus Rechargeable Vibe When it arrived the VeDO Inu arrived at my door (whenever I say this I always think of like an abandoned baby left at my doorstep in a basket with a note pinned to its blanket… only instead of a baby, there is just a sex toy nestled into the basked… go ahead, take a moment to enjoy that visual… it’s funny) there wasn’t really anything that wowed me. It didn’t seem to possess anything revolutionary or all that eye catching. It just looked like a stubby little caterpillar to me (which is actually kind of adorable in its own right I suppose). The color is rather nice though, my VeDO Inu came in a lovely turquoise color (it is also available in Orchid if light purple is more your thing… it is totally my thing… but I do like the turquoise too) which only heightens the caterpillar feels I have for the Inu.  And to pile onto the caterpillar theme, the Inu also has a rippling body segments that give the Inu that chubby caterpillar look. Thankfully, unlike a real caterpillar, the Inu is not made up of blood, guts, and bug skin, rather it is made from a combination of ABS plastic and silicone, making it totally not a caterpillar and definitely body safe (hooray)!

The VeDO Inu is designed primarily as a g-spot vibe, although you can also most definitely use it a an external vibrator! I really enjoyed nestling the Inu’s little caterpillar head up next to my clit just as much as I liked rubbing it’s head up against my g-spot. The only thing you really shouldn’t do with the VeDO Inu is use it anally. The Inu has no flared base whatsoever, making it less than ideal for anal insertion. Go ahead and rub it on your clit, twirl it around a nipple, drag it along your taint, nestle it under your ballsack, massage that g-spot… do any and all of that… just for the love of mud don’t shove it up your butt! I am strongly reiterating this fact because recently I had a conversation with a reader (who did give me permission to tell you at least this much of the story) who said they read one of my reviews where I had advised against putting a certain toy in the butt but they decided to do it anyway (oh, you rebel) and apparently one thing lead to another and whoopsies… they became convinced they were going to end up making a trip to the ER. Luckily, they did not… but let this be a cautionary tale to all you anal rebels, don’t put a toy without a flaired base up your butt! Even if you think you know your body really well, accidents can happen!

VeDO Inu Super Plus Rechargeable Vibe Power Button Okay, that is enough of the doom and anal gloom. Let’s move on to the fun stuff! Clearly, you are hear because you want to know how the Inu work for me (you do want to know that that, right)? In a word, great! But I’m guessing you came here to hear more than one word and as it would so happen I happen to possess a vocabulary of at least several words. Jokes aside, I really was pleasantly surprised by the Inu. After my experience with the Bam Mini I was really bracing myself for some lackluster vibrations, but as it turns out, that is not the case with the Inu! The VeDO Inu is rather rumbly and quite strong, neither were qualities I was expecting from this little vibe! It is the rumbliest at its lowest setting and does skirt the edge of buzzy at its third (top end) speed, but all three settings were enough to bring me to orgasm (albeit slower then I sometimes prefer).

The rippled caterpillar body segments, while aesthetically pleasing, didn’t really seem to provide me much in the way of usable/feelable texture. Looking at the Inu, I really feel like I should be able to feel that rippled, swirly texture against my vaginal walls, but once I’ve inserted the toy I really don’t get anything all that discernible. It seems like its all about that curved head against the g-spot, that’s the real scene stealer. The angular head really managed to zero in on my g-spot with some surprising precision. I really wasn’t expecting it to work so well, mostly because the toy itself possesses no curve to it…I always image the most successful and satisfying g-spot toys to have dramatic curving bodies, like the Njoy Pure Wand or the Jopen Comet Wand  but just like the Blush Novelties Noje G Slim did… I have been proven wrong once again. It is possible to have a rockin’ g-spot orgasm even without the deeply curving shaft. The little angled head bumped right up against my g-spot and transmitted those yummy rumbly vibes exactly where I needed them. I am not disappointed. Not in the slightest.

I do have one complaint about the Inu though. I wish the shaft was a bit longer. While I really enjoyed the rumbly vibrations rolling against my g-spot, it was harder (or rather more time consuming) for me to reach an orgasm without the ability to do more thrusting with the toy. I really wish I had a bit more length to work with, I really like to thrust and move my g-spot toys around (probably why I really like those long, curve bodies that I think of when I think g-spot toy) and I just couldn’t quite get that with the Inu’s 5.75 inches (don’t get me wrong… it isn’t exactly a tiny vibrator, but there just isn’t much extra length to work with as far as deep thrusting is concerned).  Girth-wise though, I am 100% satisfied. Measuring 5 inches in girth at its widest point the Inu is an adequately chubby little caterpillar.

VeDO Inu Super Plus Rechargeable Vibe Power Cable The VeDO Inu comes programmed with a total of 10 vibration settings. Three constant vibrations in varying degress of intensity and seven vibration patterns. And as I said before, those vibrations are deep and rumbly… although I wasn’t much for the patterns (I almost never am…). Operating the VeDO Inu is about as simple as it gets. At the bottom of the vibrator is a single shiny silver button, this button operates the whole shebang. The button doesn’t have the satisfying “squish” that I feel like a button should have though… like, when I press a button I really want to feel that I’ve pressed that button. I don’t get that with the Inu’s button… sure, its not a huge deal… but… if its going to have a button it should act like a button! The only way I know that I’m pressing the button is that the toy turns on or switches modes.

Another handy feature included with the VeDO Inu is the travel lock. Lord knows I love me a vibrator with a travel lock! To active the Inu’s lock just double click the power button, the Inu should then vibrate twice then shut down. At this point the travel lock is activated. To deactivate just double click the power button once again and the travel lock is disengaged. The travel lock will also deactivate if you plug the toy in to charge.

This vibrator is also rechargeable, although you might not think it from first glance. The charging port is pretty well hidden and the charging cable was tucked away under a cardboard flap in the packaging, I almost missed it. To find the Inu’s charging port simply twist the base of the toy (yep, the shiny power button part) until it pops off, this will reveal the charging port. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy.

Overall, I think that the VeDO Inu Super Plus Rechargeable Vibe is a winner. I really enjoyed its strong, rumbly vibes, its ability to hit my g-spot, and its cute caterpillar shape. I also appreciate that it’s available for under $50, while thats not exactly a budget budget vibe, it is at least under the triple digits and thus somewhat more obtainable… I am more likely to have a spare $50 after bills, then a spare $100+. I’m also more excited to try out other toys from VeDO after having such a great experience with the Inu, the Bam Mini had put such a sour taste in my mouth (or would it be a sour vagina?) that I was kind of turned off by the whole line of toys (again… I know, that is silly…). Now I am eager to try out the other VeDO toy I have sitting in my night stand… the VeDO Roq Cock Ring… I am very picky when it comes to vibrating cock rings… so I’m eager to see how it measures up. Anyway… yes, I think I can recommend the VeDO Inu to all you lovely folks looking for a g-spot vibe (that works equally as well as an external vibe) that is on the smaller, more discreet side.
