Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration – Sex Toy Review

Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration Packaging Hello, my name is Kitten Boheme and it has been exactly four months and eleven days since my last Satisfyer review. I’ll admit it, I was on the fence about reviewing yet another Satisfyer toy. Don’t get me wrong, I have (mostly) adored almost every model I’ve tried… but they are more or less just the same toy, different shape. So, I just wasn’t sure I’d have much more to say on the topic of air pulse/pressure wave technology and yet another Satisfyer. It’s all feeling a bit monotonous.

(Can you feel the “but” coming?)

BUUUUUUUT when I delved into the new line of Satisfyer toys I was actually really exited. Turns out they are trying some new things! And, being the lucky duck that I am, I currently have in my possession three of these new Satisfyer models to review… so you will get to hear me rant and rave all about them (aren’t you excited)!  I now have a couples toy (although… if you ask me, any toy is a couples toy if you use it with a partner…), a g-spot toy, and the subject of today’s review, the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration!

Of the three new Satisfyer toys that I received the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration is the most like the original line-up of Satisfyer toys. It takes the same basic air pulse technology of their older models and builds on it. As I’m sure you’ve already managed to guess by it’s name, the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration takes the already awesome and intense sensation of the air suction and ramps it up with a whole new layer of sensation – vibration! And you know that I am always a fan of good vibrations (cue that Beach Boys song getting stuck in my head…)!

The Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration is a boomerang shaped (but don’t throw it, it does not return like a boomerang…) toy made of an ABS plastic body covered in a very silky smooth silicone. The nozzle is also made from a soft silicone and is removable, making it easy to clean (hello, pot of boiling water). The shape of the toy is comical yet functional, did I pretend it was a space-age ray gun and make pew pew noises at my dog…. yes, probably. Did I also marvel at just how much freedom of positioning just that little bend of the handle allows… yes, definitely, yes. Was I also absolutely thrilled with how easy the handle is to grip and how nice it is to have enough space for my thumb to move easily back and forth between the control buttons… again, that would be a major yes. What a well designed toy, at this point the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration has muscled its way to the to top of my list and become my new favorite Satisfyer, dethroning both the Satisfyer Pro Penguin Next Generation and the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation and becoming king of the Satisfyer mountain. And that’s just based off shape alone, we haven’t even begun to talk about its fancy-pants features!

Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration Controll Buttons Okay, so besides shape… what makes the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration worth it’s (at the time of this review) $69 price tag? Well… that should be somewhat obvious, it’s both in the name and I touched on it up above… it has vibration! The Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration takes the original concept of the Satisfyer then adds vibration. And the vibrations aren’t just a shitty gimmick thrown onto the toy to maybe make a few extra bucks… the vibrations actually feel pretty darn good! So good that I have used the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration on it’s own, no suction! I’m really digging this awesome combo of air pulse plus vibration… give whoever thought of this a medal (or at least a strong pat on the back)!

Operating the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration is a pretty straight forward thing. The upper most button (nearest the head of the toy) is the power button. Push and hold the power button to power the Satisfyer up (seems logical). To turn the toy off again, it’s the same process, just push and hold until the toy powers down. The Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration has eleven levels of air pulse intensity, to cycle through those simply press the oblong shaped button. The (+) half of the button will raise the intensity while the (-) half of the button will lower the intensity. Once you have mastered that and are ready to really make things wild and funky you can turn on the vibrations! Near the bottom of the handle is a (~) button… that is where the magic happens. Press the squiggly line button to activate the Satisfyer’s vibration modes, of which there are ten. Now should you wish to only turn on the Vibration and leave the pressure wave stuff for later, turn off the toy then just press and hold the squiggly line button, now only the toys vibration motor will be active. Easy!

Now, normally when I use a vibrator I like the continuous vibration settings, I don’t fool around much with the patterns. But when it comes to the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration the combination of the steady air pulse technology nonsense with some of the vibration patterns it produced a really interesting, delightful, and orgasm inducing sensation. My clit didn’t know what to think of all that attention (obviously it enjoyed it) it was kind of hard to process… but in like… a good way… like a “omg this feels so awesome but I cant really tell why or where… but I’m going with it” sort of way.

The Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration is rechargeable (I believe the Satisfyer 1 and Satisfyer 2 are currently the only battery powered Satisfyers on the market) and comes with a magnetic USB charging cable. To charge just attache the cable’s two magnetic contacts to the metal contact points on the Satisfyer and plug the USB into your computer or wall adapter. It takes about two hours for the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration to reach a full charge and that will net you approximately and hour and a half to maybe two hours of play time (this seems to vary depending on what settings you are operating at. Running it at its top speeds will run it down faster then keeping it to the lower end speeds). While the battery is charging the LED indicator light will blink and once the toy is fully charged it will stay lit.

In use the air pulse half of the duo is exactly what I have come to expect from a Satisfyer toy. Just like the other Satisfyers, the idea is to place the nozzle of the toy against the clit, thus creating a vacuum seal around it and allowing the toy to suck at the clitoris (without anything ever actually coming into contact with the clit… I’ll admit it, I’m still a bit mystified by how the whole thing works). But as soon as I add in that vibration component things go from wow to WOW in seconds flat. I thought just the regular old Satisfyers could bring me to orgasm fast… but whoa baby, with the sucking and the vibrating I’m orgasming before I’ve even realized whats going on! While the air pulse remains pretty intense (especially as you head up towards its top end intensities) the vibrations aren’t exactly exceptionally strong, but that’s okay. I don’t think the vibrations are meant to be strong, they are there to enhance the already intense air pulse stuff, not overtake or outshine it. The vibrations are gentle and rumbly and really pretty awesome.

Once again Satisfyer has made a toy that I really enjoy, rarely do I find anything bad to say about their toys (maybe some nit-picky complaints here and there), overall they make a solid toy that works quite well. The Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration is no different, it works great and the addition of the vibration is a really fun idea that totally kicks this toy up a notch. It is also very sleek and sophisticated looking, like a boomerang that the classiest Australian would use (Classtralian? Classytralian? Nope… this joke is dead in the water), the white body makes the toy look clean and minimalist while the rose gold accents make it look modern and pretty. I’m a fan. So of course I am going to recommend the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration, how could I not? If this is your first Satisfyer I recommend using it without the vibrations at first, enjoy the suction first, for me it was a weird sensation that took me a couple of uses to get used to… but once I did, I was hooked! The price tag is a bit higher than some of the other toys in the Satisfyer lineup, so if this is your first Satisfyer and you have no idea if you will even like the way it feels… then I may recommend you skip this one (unless you don’t mind throwing that kind of money at a toy you may or may not like… if you like it, then you have the vibrations to also play with) and go for one of the cheaper models… the suction function is pretty similar throughout all of the toys.
