If you were to come to me asking for a butt plug recommendation odds are pretty good that I will recommend a Njoy Pure Plug. I picked up the Pure Plug (Small) directly from Njoy itself during the AVN show last year (2017)… so yes, it has taken me pretty much a full year to get around to writing this review… but trust me, the wait is worth it, this plug is simply delightful.
If I’m honest, I think that everything Njoy touches is Pure gold… I love the Fun Wand, the Pure Plug 2.0 and of course the near legendary Pure Wand. These stainless steel gods of the sex toy world are non-porous, compatible with any type of lubricant and are practically immortal. With the right care your Njoy toys can become the sort of thing you leave to your children in your will and they will in turn leave to their children and so on and so forth until it has been passed down through so many generations that no one can really remember what it is exactly, but they treasure it as a family heirloom and a reminder of what life was like back on earth (because I assume by that point we will be living in far off space colonies). I guess what I’m trying to say here is though Njoy toys do carry a somewhat hefty price tag the investment is SO worth it.
Before we get too deep (hehe…deep…anal…hehehe) into talking about the Pure Plug itself, we need to stop and take a moment to appreciate Njoys packaging. They are the masters of classy-ass packaging. Wrapped around the Pure Plugs box is a white glossy cardboard sleeve displaying nothing but the Njoy logo in a black font… it’s beautifully simplistic. Sliding the outer sleeve off there is a very sturdy black box with a silver logo (again… classy as fuck), opening that box you will find the Pure Plug nestled in a bed of bright pink satin… I can’t think of anything more luxurious than this packaging… the Njoy Pure Plug lives better than I do. This box is excellent for the long term protection and storage of your new Pure Plug. I feel 100% classier just holding this box.
My first thought when I finally opened up the box was “OMG, it’s so small!” Because… it is very, very small! When they labeled it as the Njoy Pure Plug (Small) they weren’t joking around… this plug is adorably tiny! With a total length of just 3 inches (2 inches of insertable length) and a max circumference of just 3 inches, the Pure Plug (Small) is just about the size of a big juicy cherry or maybe a largish marble. This anal plug is definitely made for someone who is either new to anal play and is ready to dip their toes in the water or for someone who just prefers something of a much smaller size. For me, this Pure Plug was too small (although I still enjoyed it) but for my Stunt Cock it was pure anal magic.
Njoy makes all of its toys from stainless steel (which is non-porous and body safe). Stainless steel is a pretty cool material for a butt plug (or any sex toy really). Unless you are going for the extra large Pure Plug 2.0, all of the Njoy Pure Plugs are still at least under $100 and I really think the investment is worth it, they are phenomenal plugs. They are beautifully crafted, solid, smooth, luxurious and very comfortable to insert and wear… I love my Pure Plugs!
