Pumping, like clamps, increases nipple sensitivity. But, rather than restricting blood flow, pumping causes the blood to be drawn up into the area and held there. The Twist N Suck nipple pumps are a pair of small, transparent, cylindrical vacuum pumps. Suction is achieved via the attached screw heads. The outer diameter of the pump measures 1.3 inches, the diameter of the inner tube is about 1.1 inches, and about 4 inches in total overall length. To use, first ensure that the plunger is screwed all the way to the bottom of the pump, hold firmly to your nipple to create a tight seal, then turn the screw head clockwise. As you turn, the plunger will move up the cylinder, creating a vacuum and drawing your nipple up, swelling it to fill the inside of the tube. Because the Twist N Suck tube is transparent, the visual effect is quite stunning. Watching your nipples enlarge and fill the tube, you get a nice, clear view of the action.
The cool thing about the Twist N Suck pumps is that the screw feature gives you a lot more control over the amount of suction you apply, letting you customize your experience up to a fraction of an inch! I prefer this so much more than the squeeze pumps (like on the Vibrating Pussy Pump), I like the control it gives me, when I reach my limits, I can back off just a tiny bit, leaving just enough pain to be enjoyable. The only downside is that there is no quick release valve, so it can take several turns of the screw before you are able to loosen the pump and release the seal.
My first few play sessions with the Twist N Suck did not leave me with puffy nipples, but I only used it for a short time (wearing them maybe 10 minutes max). If they work anything like my pussy pump, it would take leaving the nipple pumps attached for at least 20 minutes to achieve a more enlarged, puffy nipple. Personally, I enjoy the pleasure/pain sensation I get from tweaking the pumps while I masturbate, my end goal is rarely achieving nipples that stay enlarged after use. I would describe the Twist N Suck as giving sensations of pinching, pulling, twisting, biting, and burning. I would say it is definitely more intense then having your nipples sucked on by mouth!
Stunt-cock had a harder time using the pumps, it was very hard to achieve a tight seal against his hairy chest. While we held it firmly in place he could feel the suction working, but as soon as we let go, the seal broke and the toy fell away. So, it may take a little work with a razor or more determination to get the pumps to stick on those blessed with hairy chests. On my bare nipples however, the sticking power was amazing! I was able to walk, jump up an down, tug lightly, and orgasm without the pumps moving an inch.
Obviously you should not use the Twist N Suck (or any other nipple pumps) on bruised, damaged, or lacerated skin as you could further irritate or even worsen the condition (yuck!). Be safe, if it’s causing you pain, stop using it immediately! Also, be wary of pumping for too long, you don’t want to cause any damage to your nerves, and it can cause tenderness and bruising.
