Oh, oh, oh, OH! This is another one of those toys that is just so cute, that I almost don’t care if it works or not… I already love it SO MUCH. I have an enormous soft spot for sex toys that are too cute for their own good (like Ramsey Rabbit or the Zalo Baby Heart), they aren’t necessarily toys that that will ever get me off reliably… but damn if they aren’t adorable to look at. But… you can already see that this little bunny-wabbit is cute, so I imagine you are here reading this review its because you want to know if the Rocks-Off Little Charm actually works and is worth spending your hard earned dollars on. Let’s find out shall we!?
So, the adorable Rocks-Off Little Charm comes to me direct from Rocks-Off themselves and I am super excited to be reviewing this for them! I have an ever growing collection of Rocks-Off toys and thus far I have more or less enjoyed them and I really like having some budget friendly options that don’t completely suck to recommend to people.
The Rocks-Off Little Charm is a rabbit vibrator. No… not a rabbit vibrator like those terrible internal/external vibrator combos that leave me sad, disappointed, and ready to scream (in frustration, not pleasure)… but rather a vibrator that looks like a wee little petter cotton tail. Which suites me just fine, I’d rather a vibrator that looks just like a rabbit than a stupid rabbit vibrator (unless it’s the Greedy Girl… I loved that ‘rabbit’). Made from a very shiny (if you look close enough, I bet you can see me reflected in the pictures) ABS along with a silicone seal around its battery casing, which makes the Little Charm fully submersible and ready for water fun. Normally I prefer a much softer material against my clit (silicone!) especially because I like to put a lot of pressure down against my clit, ABS plastic is very firm and feels pretty hard against my clit, I am unable to put quite as much pressure down as I’d like but at the same time I feel like the ABS plastic transmits the vibrations into my clit with a bit more… sharpness to it…. so I guess there is a bit of a trade off. You just have to decide if you can live without the plushness of silicone in favor of a less muffled vibration (not that a well crafted silicone toy feels muffled… but I was kind of thinking about the Ramsey Rabbit with its silicone cover, that was very muffled).
Speaking of vibrations, I’m sort of on the fence with how I feel about the Little Charm’s. They are definitely not deep or rumbly, I would say the Little Charm possesses more of a surface level buzz. It’s not entirely unpleasant, the vibrations do resonate well through its ABS plastic body, but it is definitely much milder then I would like. The Little Charm has three levels of intensity plus seven vibration patterns. The patterns are nothing special, I didn’t find anything about them particularly awe inspiring… but if you are a pattern person, you might enjoy the variety.
In use I found the most comfortable way for me to use the Little Charm was to rest my clit in the little valley between the rabbits ears and give it just a little bit of pressure. This helped direct some of those surface level vibrations down a little deeper, although it wasn’t enough to quite get me to the finish line. I couldn’t orgasm with the Little Charm, the vibrations weren’t strong enough or deep enough for me personally. But… I’ll be the first to admit, it pretty much takes a vibrator with the power of a jet engine to get me off… so this isn’t necessarily totally the Little Charm’s fault. It is just too mild for me, but I bet it will be perfect for someone out there who likes mild to moderate vibrations. The Little Charm is a sweet little warm up toy! If I know I’m going to be enjoying a longer masturbation session, or if I am testing out a dildo… it’s nice to have a vibrator that feels nice but won’t take me over the edge too quickly or overshadow the toy I am actually trying to concentrate on. So for me, I would say that the Little Charm is more of a side-kick than a featured performer (and there is nothing wrong with that)!
Operating the Little Charm is easy. There is only a single button (ONE BUTTON TO RULE THEM ALL) that controls everything. Underneath the little bunny there is a pink button with the Rocks-Off logo, push that and the bunny springs to life. Continue clicking the bunny butt button and you will be able to cycle through the various vibration modes. When you are finished with play time, just push and hold the button for a couple seconds while the Little Charm powers down. The button on my Little Charm seemed sticky and hard to push at times, I’m not sure if this is an issue with all the toys or if this was an issue unique to my particular toy. I’m sort of inclined to think it may be some kind of minor flaw I was unlucky to receive, as all of my other Rocks-Off toys seem to have workable buttons.
The Rocks-Off Little Charm is battery powered (I feel like I just had a battery powered toy rant recently while reviewing the Rocks-Off Purple Heart) and runs on a single AAA battery (which is included). When you first remove your Little Charm from it’s packaging you will need to twist off the bottom of the bunny and pull out the little bit of paper that covers the battery. Once you do that, you are ready to rock and roll.
Cleaning the Rocks-Off Little Charm is ridiculously easy, since it is waterproof, just run it under some water give it a good scrub and voilà! You are done! Also, since the Little Charm is ABS plastic, you have no lube restrictions (unlike with silicone toys) and can use whatever your heart desires (or if you are like me, whatever you happen to have on hand and within arms reach).
All in all, Rocks-Off has made a solid little vibrator. The price point is also very attractive, I’m always thrilled to find a toy under $20.00 that doesn’t suck… because let’s face it… most of us probably aren’t made of money and it’s nice to find a quality, body-safe toy that we can feel good about using but without having to drop an entire months rent on. I wish the vibrations were a bit deeper and more rumbly, but for a battery powered toy… what its got isn’t all that bad. Overall, what I love most about the Rocks-Off Little Charm is its adorable balloon animal like quality… it may not be a toy I’ll use often, but it will keep me company on my desk, like a mascot. An adorably sexy mascot.
Right now, I’m not seeing the Rocks-Off Little Charm available at many retailers, which is a bummer. For the time being, I am only able to find the Little Charm at Lovehoney UK… but that’s okay! They will ship internationally, so if you need a Little Charm rabbit vibrator then BY GOLLY YOU SHALL HAVE ONE! As soon as I find a US retailer who carries the Rocks-Off Little Charm I shall report back to you all with my findings!
The Rocks-Off Little Charm was provided to me free of charge by Rocks-Off in exchange for my honest review.
