I love it when an orgasm comes naturally. When I don’t have to lie there and force it, jabbing, poking, or vibrating myself into an uncomfortable stupor waiting for an elusive orgasm that just doesn’t seem to want to surface. I love having long, intense, magical orgasms that just… flow. I love the sorts of orgasms that the Satisfyer Pro 2 give me. I promised myself I wouldn’t say this… but the orgasms it gives me are, in a word, satisfying. Oh, I’m so clever… I bet you have never read that before… but seriously, I am in love with the orgasms this weird little toy have been giving me.
So, I feel like the blog ‘tag’ on this toy is a little misleading. It really technically isn’t a vibrator… it is a touch-free pressure wave stimulation device or a TFPWSD for short (just kidding, that’s not a thing… but it should be. Let’s make it a thing, you and me, what do you say?). But I don’t have a category for TFPWSD’s so I wasn’t sure where else to categorize this review. Although, at this point, I own enough of these toys that it is probably time I come up with a new tag all of their own! Or I will continue to be lazy and continue to tag these touch-free air tech stuff as vibrators, I don’t know… we’ll see what happens.
So, anyway, between the Womanizer W100, the Womanizer 2Go, the Satisfyer Pro Penguin and the gaggle of Satisfyer products I have recently received to review (I own SO MANY Satisfyers right now…) I feel like I am becoming a master in this magical touchless air technology stuff. Maybe not exactly an expert, but definitely a master… a master masturbator (har, har, har). Judging from other reviews I have read people seem to love one brand and hate the other… it’s Coke and Pepsi… you are either a Womanizer person or you are a Satisfyer person (or it’s like West Side Story style street gangs, you are either a Womanizer or a Satisfyer *finger snaps*). Me? I just like to be caffeinated and love a good Cherry Coke or a plain old Pepsi. I have found both the Womanizer and the Satisfyer toys pleasurable, although if I was about to be marooned on a deserted island and I could only choose one brand… it would be the Satisfyer. Compared to the Womanizer’s bizarre and overly ‘girlie’ aesthetic (comically enormous lipstick tube?) I find the Satisfyer’s more gender neutral approach a bit more appealing. The Satisfyer also carries a far more reasonable price tag compared to the Womanizer’s triple digit dollar signs.
Despite looking like some kind of medical device Bones would have used on the Enterprise, the Satisfyer is an exceptional (and odd looking) sex toy. Every time I pick this toy up and press it against my clit, I am amazed at how easy orgasms seem to flow. I am by no means a easily multi-orgasmic person, after the first it is usually difficult for me to coax out multiples in rapid succession, my clit is usually too sensitive for any further action and requires some downtime, but with the Satisfyer I can orgasm several times in a row like it’s nothing and they are INTENSE. For those of you who happen to already be familiar with the Womanizer, the Satisfyer Pro 2 produces very similar sensations however I find the Satisfyer to be less ‘harsh.’ With the Womanizer my orgasms are just as intense but it feels some how… more harsh against my clit. This is a hard thing to explain and may not be what others are feeling, but somehow the Satisfyer Pro 2 feels more gentle against my clit. Perhaps the suction isn’t has strong? I’m not sure (maybe I’m crazy?).
If you are not yet familiar with the Womanizer or any of the other Satisfyer products, how the Pro 2 works is the silicone head works like a cushy little pillow for you to rest your clit in. You place the opening directly over your clit (sometimes I place it next to my clit when I am not ready for something overly powerful) allowing the silicone head to envelop your clit (like a gaping mouth coming to eat you, NOM NOM NOM). When the toy is then turned on you will feel a sort of subtle suction-esque, pulsating effect… like magic little fingers massaging your clit without ever actually touching you. It is a very unique experience and one I have really come to adore.
The Satisfyer Pro 2 has 11 settings, which is many more settings than I need. The sheer intensity of those upper settings are just too much for me (yes, even me! The power queen!) and I find I have to use the toy in the lower settings just to keep my sanity. It only takes a few seconds of using the Satisfyer Pro before my clit becomes engorged and uber sensitive, so if I use anything too strong I start to squirm and feel overwhelmed very quickly. One mildly irritating thing about these 11 settings is that once you have cycled all the way to the very last setting you will have to then continue clicking the button to cycle backwards back through those 11 settings (9, 10, 11, 10, 9, etc) which can get very tedious if you are trying to get back to a setting some place in the middle after accidentally pressing the button. But other than that, the Satisfyer Pro is very easy to operate the buttons are really intuitively positioned and the whole toy quite light-weight, making it easy on my wrists.
The main body of the Pro 2 is made from an ABS plastic while the nozzle bit is crafted from a body-safe silicone. Both materials are non-porous, phthalate free, and easy to clean. The silicone head is also removable, meaning you can drop it into some boiling water for a good cleaning! If you like to use lube with your Satisfyer I recommend sticking to something water-based, as silicone lube does have the potential to damage or deform the silicone head.
The Satisfyer Pro is rechargeable (hallelujah!) and comes with a nifty magnetic USB charging cable. It takes roughly about 150 minutes (give or take a few minutes) to charge the Pro 2 up to full and should net you at least 30 minutes playtime. So far on a single charge my Pro 2 has lasted longer than that, so I imagine if you are operating the toy on its lower settings you will eek out more playtime on a single charge (that’s my theory anyway).
I hate talking about the Womanizer so much in a review for the Satisfyer, but it’s hard not to. There is also this polarizing “Satisfyer copied the Womanizer!” sentiment going around that makes people rally around one company or the other. Even though it does seem like the Satisfyer did essentially copy the Womanizer and create a toy that works in a nearly identical way, I personally don’t see that as a completely bad thing (don’t boo and hiss at me!). They managed to do it in a way that cut the price of their product (while still creating an excellent, quality product) which in turn has caused Womanizer to reduce the pricing on their newer toys in an attempt to re-capture some of the “touchless air” market (although most products are still in that triple digit range). Which as I see it is a win for us consumers, we have access to these innovative, quality toys, but don’t have to completely break the friggin’ bank for it!
So, If you have been waffling back and forth on if you should buy a Womanizer or a Satisfyer, or have been wanting a Womanizer but the price tag just seems like too much of an investment I am here to tell you go for the Satisfyer Pro 2. It is an excellent toy and in my eyes is currently the far better product. It appears to utilize the technology better while being available for a much more affordable price. This is by no means a declaration of my dislike for the Womanizer, far from it. . in fact the Womanizer2Go gave me many surprising and awesome orgasms, but the price coupled with the Satisfyer working just a little bit better makes me inclined to recommend picking up the Pro 2 over anything else. I still have a gaggle of other Satisfyer products to test out though, so if the Pro 2 hasn’t convinced you, stay tuned, I have more toys coming! If you are a person who likes to slowly and gently build up to an orgasm, this might not be the toy you are looking for. Much like Miley Cyrus, this toy comes in like a wrecking ball. It is very wham, bam, HELLO ORGASM. The stimulation the Pro 2 provides is very direct which some people may find off putting. Now, I don’t usually go for direct stimulation myself, when I use a vibrator it is normally off to the side, nearish or next to my clit, rarely directly on my clit… but I don’t find the direct stimulation of the Pro 2 to be uncomfortable at all. So… I’ll leave that up to you to decide if it’s your jam or not. All in all the Satisfyer Pro 2 is an excellent toy and gives champagne priced orgasms for beer budget prices (yay!).

P.S. So, I just received the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation in the mail, so it is possible that they will be discontinuing this particular model (or companies will choose to stock the Next Generation over the Pro 2), I will find out and get back to you on that!
The Satisfyer Pro 2 was provided to me free of charge by Satisfyer in exchange for my honest review.
